Ready to lead, grow, and give back? Join the Cobb REALTORS® Board of Directors and help shape the future of our association. As a Director, you’ll guide key decisions, represent our members, and uphold the highest standards of leadership and integrity.
Nominations take place in July with a deadline of July 31st.
Join a committee
2026 committee sign-ups are now live! Those interested in being committee chairs and vice chairs should apply by November 14th, 2025. All other applicants are asked to apply by December 1st, 2025.
Cobb REALTORS® Committees and their Volunteer Leaders and Members are the lifeblood of our Association. They initiate, design, organize and implement the programs and services provided by our Association to our Members and the Public-at-Large. By joining a Committee, you not only have a say in how the Association operates, but enjoy the networking benefits that come with interacting and working with your fellow REALTOR® and Affiliate Members.
- Awards & Million Dollar Club Committee
- Purpose: Reviews nominations, verifies Million Dollar Club applications, and plans the annual banquet.
- Bylaws & Policy Committee
- Purpose: Keeps Association bylaws and policies up-to-date and aligned with best practices.
- Cobb’s Commercial Network Committee
- Purpose: Provides networking, leadership, and social opportunities for Commercial REALTORS®.
- Community Outreach Committee
- Purpose: Leads volunteer projects and community partnerships that showcase REALTORS® as local leaders.
- Finance Committee
- Purpose: Monitors income/expenses, develops budgets, and ensures fiscal responsibility.
- Golf Tournament Committee
- Purpose: Plans and runs the Cobb Classic Golf Tournament, including sponsors and logistics.
- Governmental Affairs & Action Committee
- Purpose: Tracks local issues affecting real estate, property rights, and homeownership; engages officials.
- Inclusion, Diversity, Equity & Action (IDEA) Committee
- Purpose: Promotes diversity, equity, and fair housing; partners with local and national groups
- Leadership Academy Committee
- Purpose: Shapes Cobb’s Leadership Academy program by reviewing applicants and planning sessions.
- Membership Committee
- Purpose: Focuses on recruiting, retaining, and engaging members through meetings and outreach.
- Nominating Committee
- Purpose: Select candidates for annual officer and director elections.
- RPAC (REALTORS® Political Action Committee)
- Purpose: Source new and retain existing membership
- Scholarship Committee
- Purpose:Reviews applications and awards scholarships to deserving students.
- Strategic Planning Committee
- Purpose: Develops the Association’s vision, mission, and long-term goals.
- Young Professional’s Network Committee
- Purpose: Provides networking, leadership, and social opportunities for newer/younger REALTORS®.
