Cobb REALTORS® Political Action Committee (CARPAC)

CARPAC, the political action committee of Cobb REALTORS®, is part of the nation’s largest and most effective bipartisan PAC — RPAC. It serves as a powerful voice for private property rights and real estate professionals in Cobb County.

CARPAC works alongside our local, state, and national associations to support candidates at every level of government who understand REALTOR® priorities, including private property rights, smart growth, and a strong local economy.

Your voluntary investment fuels advocacy, issues mobilization, and the election of leaders who protect your business and your clients. From defending real estate tax benefits to opposing harmful regulations, CARPAC helps ensure REALTOR® voices are heard where decisions are made.

How your investment works:

  • 35% stays local to support Cobb County candidates and issues
  • 35% supports Georgia RPAC at the state level
  • 30% supports National RPAC in Washington, D.C.

Investing in CARPAC is one of the most effective ways REALTORS® can protect their profession and shape public policy at every level.
